Water-based adhesive glue series product for foam edge

Application

HD-515W is a water-based adhesive which is fit for bonding foam edge and frame of loudspeaker. It can also used to fix DUST CAPS.

Characteristics

High adhesion strength, abrasive resistance and softness film after cured.

Transparent, weather resistance, little corrosion to foam edge.

Operation instructions

1. Stir before use, you can apply with gluing machine or by hand.

Cautions

1. Dilute with distilled water or pure water.

2. The working place should be well ventilation.

3. Avoid skin contact, in case of contact with skin, wash with soap.

4. It is water-based glue and can not stand freeing, store at temperature above 10and below 30, when you apply the temperature of environment above 5.   

5. The testing time is 48 hours after applied (ambient temperature 25-35).when the temperature below 20,the curing speed is slowly, you can postpone the test time and roast or heat (temperature should be 35-45) to accelerate the cure speed and assure the product use properly.
