Application

HD-930AB is a two component epoxy adhesive which is fit for bonding damper0coil and cone of small caliber loudspeakers.

It s overcome the disadvantages of acrylic central adhesives and general epoxy central adhesives;

It s improve the working conditions, fast curing and easy operation;

Low odor, solvent and water resistance and hardness film after curing;

Stir completely before use. You can apply the product equally (A and B) by gluing machine,

The uncured glue is wiped away with toluene or acetone.

Cautions

Store in a cool and dry place. Because the viscosity and curing speed of the mixed glue change greatly with the ambient temperature, it should be applied between 25-35.

To avoid leakage in hot weather, some test must be made before use. In cold weather temperature below 15,the unmixed glue can be heated to near 30 in oven (35~45) or in hot water, then stir and mixed.

The test of the loudspeaker must be made 48 hours later after the mixed glue applied.
