Two component acrylic central adhesive for voice coil, cone and damper

Application

HD-483AB is a two component modified acrylic adhesive which is fit for bonding voice coil, cone and damper of loudspeakers.

Characteristics

Aim at the manufacture material of damper become quickly and poor bonding effect to develop this product;

Low odor, high temperature resistance and excellent impact resistance;

Good insulation and environmental resistance;

Hardness film and good penetration, its suit for all kinds of damper.

Operation instructions

You can use a glue gun with a mixing box, clean the equipment before use.

After mixed and then use it immediately not exceed 2 minutes, or it can stop up the glue gun. When you stop it, you would better take out the flight from the gun and put it in acetone. After operation, the time to pull out the bracket is 2-4 hours.

If the temperature below 20, the early curing time will be extend and waste the glue, and you can roast (temperature suit 35∼45) to accelerate the cure speed with high temperature and assure use properly. It should be test it 24 hours later. (Ambient temperature: 25∼35).

Cautions:

1. The working place should be well ventilation.

2. It is inflammable, keep away from fire.

3. Avoid contact with the skin. In case of contact with skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water and soap.

4. Store in a cool place (under 25)and should be kept avoid sunlight.
