Single component adhesive for damper, paper-edge and frame

Application

HD-525 is a single component adhesive which is fit for bonding damper, paper-edge and frame of loudspeaker. It is also used for bonding high Dome tweeter and brackets.

Characteristics

Good fluidity, non-webbing and toughness.

High strength and excellent temperature resistance.

1. Stir before use, you can use by gluing machine or by hand.

Cautions

1. The viscosity will increase after a long storage time. It can be diluted with toluene; youd better do some tests (bases the fact) and should be used in two hours after diluted.

2. The working place should be well ventilation.

3. It is inflammable, keep it away from fire. To avoid sparking, youd better not dig hole on the drum

4. Avoid contact with the skin. In case of contact with skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water and soap.

5. Store in a cool place (under 25).

6. The testing time is 72 hours after applied (ambient temperature 25-35).when the temperature below 20,you can roast (temperature should be 35-45) to accelerate the cure speed and assure the product use properly.
