Application

HD-812AB is a two component structural acrylic adhesive with high properties, which is suitable for bonding T-yoke, magnet and washer of loudspeaker.

Characteristics

Without stringing, low acid value and low odor;

Fast cure at room temperature and with broadly workability, easy operation;

High impact resistance and excellent shear strength;

High and low temperature resistance, good environmental resistance. Its no harm for operators and friendly to environment.

Operation instructions

Surface to be bonded should clean. (Wipe off moisture, dirt, grease, and rust).

The mix ratio is 1:1, mixed thoroughly and then applied to bonded surface. Joint together if necessary, you can rotate and mix and then to bonded.

If there is an automatic dispensing machine that will be better.

If the temperature below 20, the curing time will be extended. You can heat it (temperature should be 45∼55) to accelerate the cure speed. It should be test it 24 hours later. (Ambient temperature: 25∼35).

Cautions

1. The working place should be well ventilation.

2. It is inflammable, keep away from fire.

3. Prevent both components from getting into touch with each other.

4. Avoid contact with the skin. In case of contact with skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water and soap.

5. Store it in a cool place (under 25) and avoid sunlight.
