0242 Anaerobic thread locker adhesive

1) Appearance: blue liquid 
2) Specific gravity: 1.05g/cm3 
3) Viscosity: 1200~6000mPas and thixotropic 
4) Average disassembling torque: 3-12 N.m 
5) Breakaway torque: 5-15N.m 
6) Working temperature: -54~+149°C 
7) Curing time: 20 minutes / 24 hours (at 25°C) 
 User's Guide: 
a) Clean the surfaces to be bonded with solvent and make the surfaces free of grease
b) Product should be applied to fill all engaged threads
c) Tighten the thread and wipe off the excrescent adhesive
d) After 20 minutes curing, you will have the initial bonding strength and after 24 hours, you can get the full bonding strength.
